CBS announced Thursday a new free application for the Apple iPhone that will allow users to see free streaming content from CBS. The application, from TV.com, features shows and clips from CBS News, Sports, the CW, Showtime, and even helps you find YouTube clips.
"CBS Mobile is excited to be on Apple's App Store with our application for TV.com, where TV lives online - and now on iPhone and iPod touch," said Jeff Sellinger, Executive Vice President and General Manager, CBS Mobile, in a statement.
Full-length episodes of shows like "CSI," "CSI: Miami," "Star Trek," and the classic show "MacGyver" are available through the new application. Any full-length show will be presented in multiple clips instead of a single video, according to MacWorld.com.
And if you're just feeling lucky, there is a "shake to shuffle" feature that will play a random clip if you shake your iPhone.
