RIM's slimline BlackBerry Bold is the business Review

The new BlackBerry Bold 9900 will be announced this week at the World Conference BlackBerry Techbyte in Florida and was there to test it.

Is the phone faster and more impressive manufacturer, Research in Motion. It is also by far the best designed, with an elegant understated. The frame is constructed from a single piece of stainless steel, which means it is light and strong. It also means that the Bold may be 105 mm thick - the thinnest BlackBerry to date.

Bold is the first to have a full QWERTY keyboard and a touch screen (not the torch, but has a sliding keyboard which means it is a much more bigger than this candy bar phone).

The touch screen is effective, especially for newcomers to BlackBerry familiar with a touch of other phones that automatically put any screen of the phone. And that means it's easier to interact with the phone, hit the touch screen or the direction pad as you prefer.

Todd Wood, vice president of industrial design at RIM, said the phone had been designed, from its curved edges to make it more comfortable in the hand to the guitar-like frets that separate the rows of keys to calm the look of the phone.
